For Orange County, both sales volume and median prices improved this year, compared to last year.
The median price of a single family home stands at $530,000, an increase of 17.5% from last March, and 1.2% increase from last month.Ā The volume improved 2.7% with a total of 1383 homes closed.
The median price of a condo was also up 17% to $310,000 and the volume was up 8.8% with a total of 800 units closed.
