Real Estate Market Conditions in Orange County, California – March 2010

For Orange County, both sales volume and median prices improved this year, compared to last year.

The median price of a single family home stands at $530,000, an increase of 17.5% from last March, and 1.2% increase from last month.  The volume improved 2.7% with a total of 1383 homes closed.
