When you do something that you love, it doesn't really feel like work! My specialty is helping people plan and accomplish their real estate goals. Even though real estate is a serious financial investment, it often is also a significant emotional investment. Having been personally through it many times, I am very sympathetic to the concerns of buyers and sellers. My goal, as your agent, is to help you think through the important decisions and evaluate the trade-offs, so that you are happy at the end of the process.
What does an agent do, and what is the difference?
Services for Sellers:
- Evaluate the current market and provide pricing advice and consulting.
- Guide you in preparing your home to appeal to the most buyers.
- Make an appointment with my staging professional to help you neutralize and de-personalize your home.
- Help you prepare the proper disclosures that will need to be given to the buyer.
- Provide you with recommendations of of reputable contractors who can do repairs or upgrades to your home.
- Direct you to professionals for specialized legal or tax advice when appropriate.
- Negotiate on your behalf for the best price, terms and timing to meet your goals.
- Give you a very close estimate of your net proceeds at close.
- Market your home to agents and the public through effective advertising, MLS and internet exposure, and other appropriate marketing methods.
- Anticipate and recommend steps to avoid problems, but be available to help you through any problem that may occur!
- Be easily reachable and available when you need me!
Services for Buyers:
- Define your minimum needs and wants.
- Provide you with recommendations of reputable lenders who will work with you to choose the best loan for your individual circumstances.
- Be your one-stop resource for information about neighborhoods, schools, recreation, convenience to shopping, and travel routes.
- Help you evaluate the tradeoffs in price, size, location and condition that determine value to you.
- Negotiate on your behalf for the best price and terms.
- Keep you informed on the current condition of the local real estate market.
- Be easily reachable and available when you need me!
