Each month I update my Local Market Conditions reports around the 15th of the month. (This allows for the lag time between actual recorded closings and the time that the listing agents update the final numbers for the sales.) I will include information by area of the total number of homes or condos sold during the preceding month, the current inventory levels, and a summary of the remarks that hear about buyer or seller attitudes from all the agents that I communicate with.
